2Th 2:3
Let no man deceive you by any means: for [that day shall not come], except there come a falling away first, and that man of
sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
The only other place the Bible uses the term "son of perdition" is in Jn 17:12 talking about Judas, who was a human and in
1Th 2:3 it talks about a "man of sin" who is a man with a sinful nature.
2Th 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth
in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
What is happening right now inside the Christian church is amazing. Things are being allowed in there that should never have
been allowed. All kinds of perversions, divisions, spiritual abuse, weirdness, witchcraft, hate, jealousy, immorality, and
the "man of sin" that "son of perdition" is being revealed right inside the church that has fallen away from God.
Men and even women are getting up behind the pulpit and preaching and teaching things that are exalting themselves above God.
People are worshipping themselves as God, sitting in the Temple of God, "Know ye not that ye are the temple of the Holy Ghost"?
So from my standpoint of view, rather than talking about this "Anti-christ that was predicted to come, made up by Ribera,
a Catholic priest in the 14th century , I take this to mean the Temple that al of us have, the temple of the Holy Ghost, as
it is being revealed even now in the church.
1Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy
with the brightness of his coming:
The "wicked" here which the King James translators capitalized, does not mean the Anti-christ or even Satan, but according
to the Strong's, and the other uses in the Bible, it is referring to lawlessness, transgressors, wicked people, unlawful,
or without law
2Th 2:9[Even him], whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
The "even him" was added by the KJV translators to direct people to think it is talking about one "AC" , when IMO it is not
talking about the Anti-Christ , but about the apostate extended Church, which now includes just about every unclean and hateful
doctrine and practice you can imagine.
To me, it is worth doing a little extra work looking up the meaning of words in the KJV
as to the original meanings in the original languages, to see what it really means, instead of just accepting the general
traditional popular beliefs at face value.
