Even in the O.T. Jesus was the Rock of their salvation.
1Sa 2:1 And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in the LORD, mine horn is exalted in the LORD: my mouth is enlarged
over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy salvation.
Hannah was already rejoicing in her salvation.
2Sa 22:36 Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy gentleness hath made me great.
David perceived the Shield of his salvation.
2Ch 6:41 Now therefore arise, O LORD God, into thy resting place, thou, and the ark of thy strength: let thy priests, O LORD
God, be clothed with salvation, and let thy saints rejoice in goodness.
The saints and priests were clothed with Salvation
Job 19:25 For I know [that] my redeemer liveth, and [that] he shall stand at the latter [day] upon the earth:
Job knew the salvation of the Lord and who his redeemer was

David knew who his redeemer was.

Isa 59:17 Speaks of the helmet of salvation
For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance
[for] clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloke.
Isa 61:10 Speaks of the Garments of Salvation I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for
he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh[himself]
with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth [herself] with her jewels.
Mic 7:7 Speaks of the "God of my salvation"

eyes have seen thy salvation,
Luk 3:4-6 Says referring to the prophecy in Isaiah says that when jesus comes ALL will see the salvation of God.
And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.
Luk 19:9 Says that Jesus spoke of Salvation for Zacchaeus' house
And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.
Jhn 4:22 Jesus speaks of Salvation being of the Jews. So who is a Jew?
Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
Act 4:10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye
crucified, whom God raised from the dead, [even] by him doth this man stand here before you whole.

Act 4:12 Says that there isn't any other name by which we must be saved.

Rom 1:16 Speaks of the Gospel being the power behind salvation.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the
Jew first, and also to the Greek.
Rom 10:9 Says that by confessing Jesus with your mouth and believing in your heart you are saved. So when are you saved?
At the very instant that you confess with your mouth the lord Jesus and believe in your heart God raised Him from the dead.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the
dead, thou shalt be saved.
Rom 10:10 Says that you believe unto righteousness with your heart. It is by faith. Salvation is by confessing with your mouth
after you believe.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Rev 12:10,11 This speaks of Salvation coming by the blood of the Lamb, the crucifixion, and this is what overcame the devil,
and when Jesus ascended into heaven He kicked Satan out right down to the earth.
And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power
of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame
him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
